Excelsior’s approach is to raise capital towards accumulating assets that will drive increasing cash flow and wealth generation. We develop deep partnerships with investors in manufacturing, business services, and real estate.
Our mission is to achieve an abundance of health and wealth by accumulating and managing assets resulting in higher net worth and tax efficient cash flows for our partners and investors.
Meet the Founder
Dele Oladapo is the Founder and CEO of Excelsior Solutions. Dele currently manages a portfolio of 17 businesses in the construction, manufacturing, and B2B business services areas. Dele has held roles that include CIO technology leadership at Prudential Financial.

Dele is passionate about talent and leveraging the unique skill sets of American military veterans. He is an executive sponsor of Workforce Opportunity Services, a nonprofit training and hiring program that prepares military veterans and urban youth for careers in technology and business operations.
Dele is a member and board member of CALIBR and is on the national board of LIFT, a nonprofit organization that works to break the cycle of poverty for families. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Dele’s philanthropic giving includes donations to Alpha Alpha Lambda Community Development Corp, Lift Inc., and the Willing Heart Foundation.
